Some Bournemouth Estate Agents offer Park Homes that are somewhat basic and little more than glorified caravans which suffer from awful condensation and a limited lifespan. How times have changed. At The Bungalow Centre we offer some top-end Chalets and Lodges that anyone would be proud to have as their home. For a price of around £130,000 you can either have an ordinary 1 bedroom flat or a beautiful Chalet with features such as vaulted ceilings, amazing fitted kitchens and en-suite bathrooms. Some even have private gardens, garages or even shared swimming pools. Factors to be taken in to account are that they are only offered on a leasehold basis (like most flats) and at the time of selling a payment to 10% of the value has to be made to the owners of the site. These are all issues to be taken in to account but for many people a modern Park Home can provide a luxurious home; requiring a very low investment. It might be worth considering.
