Almost a year ago I received a letter from a young man, aged 18, asking if I was willing to consider employing him. He had achieved excellent results at college and was desperately keen to enter the world of estate agents in Bournemouth. He had written a first class letter to me and I was sufficiently interested to meet him. What came across so strongly at the interview was his boundless enthusiasm, and this combined with an extremely likeable personality was enough for me to offer him a position as my assistant. In this role he was trained to photograph and video our clients homes and to create descriptions and floor plans of these properties. I have never regretted employing Chris Meineck and he is a fine example of today’s young men. A keen intellect, boundless energy and a lovely manner with him has made him really popular with our clients. Well done, Chris. Allowing him to join The Bungalow Centre was certainly one of my better decisions in 2010.

3 Dimensional Floor Plans are Universally Liked

When I started The Bungalow Centre in 1992, we drew Floor Plans with pen & ink and then photocopied them. Well, thank goodness, things have moved on a little since then as drawing the plans was a very laborious task. Some years later came the introduction of 2 dimensional plans, produced with the aid of a computer. These were undoubtedly a huge improvement but were just an easier method of producing the same two dimensional image. For us, the big breakthrough came last year when we found a firm named Metropix who use the latest computer technology to render a fabulous 3 dimensional image. These amazing 3D Floor Plans have been received with wide acclaim as they provide an almost ‘photo-realistic’ plan of the property’s accommodation layout.

A friend recommended me to use your company but, having just lost my husband, I wasn’t even sure that I wanted to move just yet. Anyway, Nick found a buyer for my bungalow in just a couple of weeks and now that I have found the flat in Westbourne, I know I have done the right thing. The garden was getting too much for me and now I have shops just around the corner. My sincere thanks to everyone at The Bungalow Centre and I hope you like the wine. I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone wanting to sell their bungalow.
