Many people who want to move are delaying putting their existing home on the market as they fear that they may not be able to find a suitable home to buy.

This reluctance to proceed is understandable when there is a shortage of homes for sale, BUT there is no perfect answer to this dilemma.

Our advice to you would be to adopt a positive attitude and be brave.

Go ahead and put your home on the market and make it abundantly clear to your estate agent that when they introduce a buyer, you will only allow the sale to go through if and when you are subsequently successful in finding a suitable property to buy.

Here at The Bungalow Centre we understand our sellers making this perfectly understandable condition.  Selling first may be the lesser of two evils.

The other option is to find a property to buy and only then put your present home on the market. This is a risky strategy because you may well lose the home you have found because you aren’t in a position to proceed, until you have a buyer for your present home.

Our sellers are risking nothing because our fee is only payable if the sale proceeds to an exchange of contracts.

So be brave… Bite the bullet and let’s get your Bungalow on the market.
